Online Petition

Well, would it not be nice to fill in your name / address and push the “submit” button !
I am afraid though that all these online petitions will not stop “Single Tax” from being passed.
Let us try to do a bit more. Just think about it: if Single Tax is implemented, your family might end up paying $ 1,000 - $ 1,500 more every year in additional tax. How much will you do to save one thousand dollars a year ? Please spend a few hours on this, it might pay off. At least, you can then say “I have done all I could to stop it"

• Spread the word. Email information about this web site to 10 or more of your friends. Make it a “Chain letter”.  In the top right corner of this page, there is a small "share" button that you can use to email friends or put link to this site on your blog
• Write to your elected representative. I am not sure whether they read their emails. Better, use paper mail. Send it to their constituency and parliamentary offices. May be, even use registered mail if you can spend a few extra bucks on it.
• Use this link to locate your MPP.
• All politicians want one thing: be elected and reelected. So tell them that:
• You oppose single tax unless it is neutral on your family budget
• In the next election, you will vote against them if Single Tax passes in its present form.
• Give them your tax increase amount calculated using this web page and demand explanations.
• Ask them why they not cared to explain that single tax will hurt your family budget.
